Chief Executive OfficerReports to the Board of Directors.Specific responsibilities and duties:Financial  Ensure appropriate planning and budgeting occurs each financial year, which is authorised and adopted by the Directors. Responsible for full profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow.  Report monthly to the Directors on the financial performance of the company and compare to budgets Identify any variances and explain those variances to the Directors Review all costs and expenses of the company to identify areas of cost reduction or improved efficienciesManagement Prepare strategic plan for the company which is agreed and authorised by the Directors. Report monthly to the Directors on the management of the company’s operations. Establish key performance indicators (KPI’s) and provide ongoing support and assistance to management within the company , including the managers of : • Business development & sales• Finance & administration• Production • Pump department• Design, Drawing and R&D  Act as a senior point of reference to management when strategy, advice or confidential discussions are needed. Manage all NID employees and conduct annual Performance Reviews. Manage the operations of the company to identify areas of inefficiencies and provide the Directors with plan and processes to be implemented for improvement. Manage the company’s relationships with customers and agents. Develop with Sales and Production managers a strategy for improved gross profit all producet categories.  Ensure statutory and other risk minimisation matters are addressed, including: insurances and OHS.
