Leadership Baltimore County (LBC) is a dynamic three person team. This administrative-forward role allows me to wear many hats. Internally, my logistic skills oversaw the CRM (Salesforce), keeping track of our alumni, partners, stakeholders, and supporters, while ensuring ensure accuracy between our CRM and various outreach engines. I oversaw LBC's financials, preparing financial reports for the Board of Directors each month through QuickBooks. As a former front-line officer, my people skills were in full action while interacting with the various constituents of LBC, via phone, email and in person. Each month, LBC plans a day long leadership retreat for our 50+ member class, and I coordinated logistics for all aspects of the retreats.

As a member of Goucher College’s Annual and Affinity Giving Team, my duties included:Managing our leadership giving societies - Goucher Society and Van Meter Club (young alumni) - including communication, outreach, solicitation and stewardship strategies for these societies. I managed a portfolio of alumni via phone, zoom and in person to further relationships with Goucher. My work also included affinity giving, with specific groups on campus from the Library to various graduate programs. Our department utilized GiveCampus for our online giving efforts and I created online giving pages for the various campaigns. I worked closely with the data team to ensure accuracy for planned solicitations, whether print or email. Throughout the year, I recruited and worked with volunteers (both on and off campus) for peer to peer solicitation during Goucher giving days.

Collaboration with alumni, colleagues and coworkers is my passion. Finding unique ways to outreach and keep in touch and further relationships, has helped engage folks in many ways. My work included capital campaign projects, creation and growth of scholarships, athletic facility enhancements, planned gifts, bequests, special project fundraising, annual support, as well as coordinating alumni to give back in different ways such as offering internships, mentoring students or speaking on campus. Working as the development liaison with our Center for Enhanced Academic Experiences (CEAE), I connected alumni in ways that directly impacted Lycoming students. I also functioned in a true remote capacity, living in the greater Baltimore, MD area, and through 2020-21, I helped create and implement a myriad of ways that connected virtually with alumni and friends of Lycoming.

In this role I managed all aspects of a community driven health insurance plan - quoting, negotiating renewal rates, working with underwriters, solving claims issues, explaining benefits, and delivering group presentations. I also served as the main point of contact for health insurance clients, working on both group (fully-funded and self-funded) and individual client platforms.► Previously held Life, Accident and Health (PA) licenses.

In this position I communicated and negotiated with vendors and manufacturers daily to generate purchase orders to meet build schedules. I served as a project manager for key customers to ensure on-time production and collaborated with materials manager, the purchasing team, marketing department, and customers to plan kits for production.

As a new registered representative, I quickly built a strong client base using telephone, direct mail, and personal one on one selling. ► Held Series 6, Series 63, and Life Insurance Licenses.
