As Managing Partner of Bedford, my role involves not only operational oversight but also relationship management of key accounts. I find that it is critical to understand the challenges our clients face and how we can help them with "tax-centric"​ solutions. I have published numerous articles pertaining to our industry and have given hundreds of hours of continuing education seminars for the real estate and accounting industries. I have been heavily committed to our industry and have played an active role in the formation of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals, (ASCSP) where I served as the society's first president. I have co-chaired and continue to serve on the Testing Committee and serve on the Technical Standards Committee.

I initially joined EMG as a Regional Vice President for the New England area. I was later promoted to Senior Vice President, managing half the sales organization. Was also involved with the firm's diversification strategy and was in charge of developing a new division within the company.

I started my career in real estate as a market research analyst for site selection for national retailers. Was promoted to tenant coordinator and later construction manager for a regional mall. Also managed the final stages of a historic renovation project in Montreal. Following my relocation to Texas, I was responsible for construction and management of over 3 million square feet of commercial, industrial and medical facilities in the Dallas - Ft. Worth Metroplex.
