I have been working at RH2 Engineering for several years, some of which were when I was just an intern. Since I graduated from Gonzaga University and fully joined the RH2 team in 2016, I have been diligently working with municipalities across Washington and Oregon as part of RH2’s Planning and Analytical Group, our COR-E Team (Condition, Optimization, and Reliability Evaluation), and our Issaquah Civil Review Team. I have been a key member of our COR-E team since I was an intern and have been responsible for expanding our vibration and motor condition assessment capabilities and also maintaining our equipment. I perform pump and motor condition testing using sophisticated, non-destructive vibration analysis equipment to determine the physical conditions of pump and motors in water, sewer, and irrigation systems. From my analyses and observations, I can provide water system operators with information needed to prioritize maintenance on their system’s pumps and motors. In addition to my efforts as part of the COR-E team, I have worked on a variety of projects at RH2, including water and sewer system design and planning, hydraulic modeling, pump and motor efficiency assessment, energy signature analysis, civil engineering review, construction inspection, and marketing presentations. Through my experience at RH2, I have acquired a variety of skills in engineering software, including AutoCAD, WaterCAD, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, Engineering Data Management Software, Civil3D, ArcGIS, and ArcCatalog. I have also developed a strong background in many programs associated with Microsoft Office, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, and so forth.

• Tested pumps and motors with measurable vibrations caused during normal pump operation, recorded various readings at each pump setting, plotted the velocity vs. frequency, and determined problems within the system based on the vibration patterns. • Designed a mobile flow meter rig and testing apparatus with a Mag-Meter out of the back of a truck for field testing. The rig is currently being built by RH2 Engineering.• Also began research into measuring insulation resistance within motor winding resistance of large motors used by water districts and utilities.• Researched and documented pipe types for various materials per AWWA Water Standards and ANSI Standards including sizes, velocities, and friction factors.• Worked with pipe manufacturers to obtain proof and documentation of compliance to standards. • Contacted UL/FM and other third party testers for manufacturer’s secondary proof.• Worked with water utilities throughout Washington State to discuss utility standards and also documented Comprehensive Plans from the cities and utilities
