Prior to my employment with RDA, I had been working with RPQ Group as Project Coordinator where I have been responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of multiple projects from the planning to completion phase. I thrive in undertaking the challenge of identifying opportunities to advance departmental and organisational processes and procedures to capture opportunities to forward the business. I leverage of my analysis and reporting experience to support project deliverables and strategic priorities to ensure positive outcomes for projects. I am highly competent working within a deadline-driven environment while supporting multiple project programs with strict and tight timeframes including ordering equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow. I work confidently in environments with changing priorities and have proven my ability to be adaptable to change at short notice to ensure efficient project delivery. Additionally, I have had exposure to both Ipswich City Council and Logan City Council where I have presented programmes, project plans and schedules.I am a positive, self-motivated and organised person who enjoys the challenge of managing conflicting priorities in dynamic environments. Importantly, I thrive on developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I am quick learner and gain personal satisfaction when challenged in new environments and systems.
