The A/V Manager oversees the audio and visual needs for all HEAT Group events and is responsible for the maintenance and operational integrity of all systems and equipment associated. This position also oversees all technical aspects of in game operation and floor presentation systems as mandated by the NBA while also overseeing and managing a team of full time and part time event technicians. Responsibilities include coordination, planning and scheduling of maintenance, materials, and equipment allocation for event execution. This position will serve as Manager on Duty for Arena Events and as secondary point person and contact for technical services involving event audio visual and broadcast engineering requirements.

Overseeing the business development, growth, & risk assessment for rigging services for Western and Southern Florida & the Caribbean. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Staff Development - Hire, train, develop, supervise, and evaluate full & part time Riggers and Rigging Coordinators.Safety Compliance - Complete field assessments regarding rigging safety compliance, site inspections for new & existing facilities, evaluation of existing rigging points, perform load calculations & approve working load limits on proposed rigging point usage.Equipment Compliance - Ensure compliance with annual equipment certification procedures as recommended by manufacturers, provide recommendations for CAPEX investment to best meet the needs of our rigging teams and clients.Equipment/Labor Management - Oversee coordination & scheduling of all equipment & labor for all events requiring rigging services with assigned markets. Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition, coordinating repair & maintenance if necessary.Operations - attend major production events to ensure safety & efficiency of the show. Assist in the creation of PSAV produced shows to ensure compliance with established safety protocols.
