With over 33 years in Commercial Real Estate, Greg's background spans all product types and covers all major markets in North America – with the majority of his career spent in the industrial / logistics sector.Based in Atlanta, Greg most recently formed Teakwood Real Estate Partners, a developer of industrial/logistics buildings in the Southeast U.S. Greg is responsible for everything from coffee to the overall strategy of the company.Prior to founding Teakwood, Greg spent nearly 4 years opening and running the Southeast Development Office for Reno, NV-based Dermody Properties. Prior to that, Greg worked 18 years with IDI/IDI Gazeley, holding senior-level positions in Investment Management, Acquisitions, and Operations. During that time, he was involved in development, leasing, operations, and all capital market activities – leading teams through both good and challenging times.
