Responsible for designing and planning of all new fiber routes. Accountable for all of California fiber optic network from small to large businesses and all government accounts. This includes all long haul and local network adds, moves, changes and new OSP construction builds. I'm responsible for all fiber optic records kept in OSP-insight database for California. Being a OSP Project Manager, I would be responsible for contractors, field crews, splicers and inside point of contact with the customers and work very closely with them to build OSP and ISP to their individual needs. Another BIG responsibility I was given includes 24/7/365, for all troubleshooting and restoring of all fiber optic networks in California.

Worked with AT&T and Verizon engineers to engineer the new microwave paths by doing Line of Site (LOS) by using AT&T's and Verizon's CAD programs. I'm certified by Alcate and Ericsson to install their new Ethernet Microwave Radios including ALU and Mini link, assembly and programming of Radio's, Software upgrades, Onsite Migrations, Ethernet Cut-overs to Microwave Radio's. Very proficient with Pathing and RSL troubleshooting with new and old micro-wave wave-guide cabling systems.

Installed and maintained all kinds of microwave systems including the following, MPR 9500, MDR6000, MDR8000, Proxim, Linx and all Harris Corporation microwave systems. Very proficient in installing all types of cellular sites for AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. Certifications in PIM and all types and sizes of Coax connectors. OSHA, First Response - First Aid and CPR training. Also, maintain job site and truck inventory.

Received background check to work at all California State/Federal prisons. Job duties include but limited to installing conduit EMT-Rigid of all sizes, install inter duct, fiber optic cables, Cat-6, maintain own inventory, recorded property entering and departing state facilities.

VOLT a subcontractor to AT&T to condition all of AT&T's OSP for a new digital service called U-Verse, AS the Northern California Field Manager. I provide the day to day management over seeing all the supervisors and crews. Manage the project current work plans using CAD design programs, monitoring and maintaining the development and implementation schedules as well as ensuring issue escalation procedures are followed and issues are resolved. Establish and maintain regular communication with the customer Project Office, and oversee preparation of all documents, correspondence, and meeting agendas: Maintain issue reports, tracking projects, ordering material and completing the final package to the customer.

Managed all of True Position E911 Equipment in market, provided day to day management of the Project including overall performance and contract compliance. Trained to up-grade all the software in Scout, WLG, EMS, SMLC's and LMU's equipment in both T-mobile and Cingular markets, Corresponded with outside field technicians to commission all LMU's at all cell towers, ensuring all configuration upgrades in Scout and EMS were completed.

Installed and Maintained Mitel phone systems of all sizes, involved in Migration of all Mitel customers from Pac-west customers to Tele-Pacific network, Adtran certified to install Adtran ISP devices, Trouble shoot all type of wiring systems. Also worked on Nortel OC48 systems on T-1s side.
