Inclusion Technologies is a recently founded company, specializing in making synthetic nuts from wheat germ. They use equipment purchased from a previous manufacturer in their process, for which all of the blueprints were the old hand drawn type on blue line paper. These drawings had begun to decay and I was hired to transfer them into AutoCAD

I worked alongside machine operators on many different types of lathes and mills. I gained experience on single and multi-spindle, cam and gear and CNC machines. I learned the cutting styles of each of the machines, different tooling and manufacturing processes. I worked alongside engineers in learning process design and program management.
