I really enjoy working in the reverse mortgage field, there is so much more to it than most people think from start to finish there are so many steps an avenues they can go. It is so rewarding when I am able to find problems within the loan and make the necessary corrections which saves everyone on my team time and stress. Without our customers and clients, there would be no need for my job so keeping everyone from start to finish satisfied is one of my top priorities. When I worked as the Supervisor for The Wellness Marketplace, I was asked by the CFO and the CEO to help them get prizes and even uniforms for the employees at events and around the campus. If you can make one persons day something they won't shortly forget, then you have done something right. I am excited to get my Associates degree in IT Support Specialist this winter and I'm ready to put that knowledge to work within the IT field hopefully at my current company. I am loving my internship and have already learned so much while on the job because so much is learned outside of books. Once I land a job where I can use my degree, I will be more than happy and will continue to keep learning.
