Authored five volume Air Force PMEL career development course impacting promotions and upgrade training for over 700 PMEL personnel and created course charts, objectives, and tests available to Air Force, foreighn military, and Air Force contract personnel.

Managed 13 instructors composed of military and DoD civilians that provided metrology instruction for over 100 US Air force and foreighn military students annualy. Accounted for $13M equipment account and scheduled instructor contact hours as well instructor upgrade training.

Managed PMEL swing shift operations while deployed to Qatar; oversaw the production of 495 repairs and calibrations during 120-day deployment. Served as F-15 PMEL production supervisor; directed production and facilitated training for day shift operations. Led Quality Assurance program; identified incorrect calibration procedure loaded in Air Force data base; prevented the use of incorrect procedures in the Air Force metrology world. Repaired microwave signal switching unit; utilized salvage parts from condemned asset; repair saved the Air Force $2,500 and 30 days equipment downtime. Provided on station troubleshooting for a highly intermittent digital multi meter malfunction; locally repaired circuit card utilizing previous condemned asset; saved Air force $1,995 in parts cost. Troubleshot/repaired two identify-friend-or-foe transponders test sets; facilitated 1 day turnaround--ensured urgent multiple airframe transponder checks prior to flights in southwest Asia. Used base reference standards and working standards to perform complex troubleshooting, repair, alignment, and calibration of test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment.
