This project involved the implementation of TOC, Lean manufacturing and other Industrial Engineering principles. The project resulted in a significant reduction of Work in the process.8. Industrial Engineer for a multinational brewery in Romania and South Africa. Some of the tasks include Warehouse design, raw material storage requirements, and Discrete Event Traffic Simulation.
