Gregory Ford is the Associate Vice President of Requester Relations for MRO Corporation; joining the company in April 2012. He brings more than 20 years of on-site services and executive management experience to MRO. In his role as Associate Vice President of Requester Relations, Gregory serves as a liaison between MRO’s healthcare provider clients and payers requesting large volumes of medical records for purposes of post-payment audits, as well as HEDIS and risk-adjustment reviews. He oversees payer audit and review projects end-to-end, from educating and supporting clients on proper billing practices and procedural obligations, to streamlining processes that ensure timely delivery of medical documentation to the requesting payers. Gregory specializes in vendor negotiation and process improvement to drive efficiency and cost savings. He is one of the preeminent sources for CMS RAC / MAC and commercial healthcare payer audits expertise at MRO. Gregory was formerly the Director of Release of Information Operations at MRO's National Processing Center. The core competency of this role was ensuring and maintaining consistent productivity and quality standards within the production department, with a focus on metrics management, staff skill building, training, coaching and mentoring. He was responsible for overall quality and productivity performance standards within the production organization to ensure client satisfaction, compliance and continuous improvement.

Operations & sales manager for Pennsylvania locations with on-site management experience at some of the ARC’s largest clients. Gregory has experience accessing, designing, implementing, and providing continuing consultation to clients’ on their print environments which results in streamlined workflows and reduced costs. He has successfully coordinated implementations of ARC solutions at premier accounts such as HDR, Inc., AECOM, and The Louis Berger Group. Was able to successfully navigate the economic recession and business model changes while maintaining the company’s profitability goals by rightsizing the 6 Pennsylvania locations which resulted in continued business operations and no store closings.
