This led to over 40 changes in the model, impacting 675,000 records.• Collaborated with other interns throughout the company to create a centralized database to house profiles of the company’s independent agent partners.• Pulled survey data for over 200 surveys across multiple teams and organized the results to streamline the upcoming transition to a new survey vendor.• Used Microsoft Excel to calculate the customer score for injured worker surveys, a key performance indicator representing the experience claimants have throughout their interactions with the company. This metric is reported to executive-level leadership and used in company-wide scorecards.
