Current• Support Stations/Reps directly by acting as main point person regarding onboarding, training, troubleshooting, servicing, etc.• Work with development team by testing the platform for purposes of maintaining and updating all materials regarding workflow to enhance user experience.• Create, organize, maintain, and present external partner materials.• Understanding the overall functionality of PVX and helping with internal prep for agency testing.• Summarize trends, comments, and feedback of partners.
