Support Project Manager Warfighter Information Network – Tactical (PM WIN-T) Technical Management Division as a System Engineer leading a workgroup to determine tactical network monitoring and configuration requirements and provide Software/System Architecture guidance for network operations related Android app development. Investigation of the Mounted Android Computing Environment (MACE) for building Android apps that interact with JBC-P LINUX on the same platform.Senior manager of Future Skies System Engineers and Software developers who support the Software Engineering Directorate (SED) FBCB2 JBC-P project. Perform Project Management and staffing duties for this contract.Support SED as a System Engineer and Capability Assessment Package (CAP) Lead responsible for coordinating all aspects of software design and development for new capabilities including working with the customer to understand and document needs, writing requirements, implementation plan creation, software architecture, schedule management, coordination of testing, and resolution of discrepancies. Take each capability through Inception, Elaboration, and Construction phases of the Rational Unified Process as implemented by SED.Support SED in the design of message flows and routing of Situational Awareness (SA), Command and Control (C2), Self-Descriptive SA (SDSA), Chat, and ASCOPE message data. Involves devising strategies to efficiently route message traffic over WAN, LAN, terrestrial and celestial networks with different bandwidth, message completion and latency characteristics.Responsible for design and development of Network Services Gateway (NSG), which bridges services and message traffic between different networks and data protocols.
