Greg is a Principal Consultant at Ramboll and consults across a range of sustainability concepts, as well as project managing environmental assessments across various sectors.Specialising in Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ), Greg undertakes testing of multiple IEQ KPIs to verify that the environmental parameters impacting people’s health and well-being are achieved, as well as to provide assurance and transparency that building performance is as intended. As an accredited WELL Performance Testing Agent, Greg is qualified to undertake performance verification for the WELL Building Standard and also provides Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) services tailored to occupiers and tenants. Greg is also involved in detailing sustainability strategy, as well as undertaking both Environmental and Health & Wellbeing assessment. Greg oversees a number of WELL Building Standard and BREEAM projects in the industrial, commercial, retail and education sectors and has significant experience of residential assessment, including Home Quality Mark, Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM Domestic Refurbishment projects.With extensive consultancy experience, Greg helps to manage his clients' sustainability ambitions from project brief through to completion. Greg places a focus on holistically integrating core sustainability concepts into building design and construction processes, through collaborative engagement and guidance throughout the process.Greg has an MSci in Environmental Sciences from the University of East Anglia. He is as an accredited WELL Performance Testing Agent, BREEAM Advisory Professional (AP), BREEAM Assessor, Home Quality Mark (HQM) Assessor, and is an On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA).
