CurrentCurrently, my responsibilities at this leading cybersecurity company involve not only overseeing the global brand expression across all global touchpoints, but also ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity to effectively engage with our customers and partners._ Lead a global team of brand designers, overseeing their work to ensure it accurately reflects the brand system, maintains the highest quality standards, and effectively meets the needs of our target audience._ Oversee internal and external video teams, ensuring that motion content (animation to B-roll to live action), adheres to the brand visual style and voice and is produced to the highest quality._ Collaborate closely with internal web development teams to ensure that the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) designs are in harmony with the brand message and visual style._ Guide and mentor a global team of strategists, brand and web designers, videographers, and writers, both internally and externally._ Spearhead the development of a unified approach to brand expressions for collateral systems, demand generation campaigns, advertising, web, and both virtual and live events._ Foster efficient cross-team collaboration to maximize productivity and synergy, including events, demand generation, public relations, and internal communications._ Manage and direct outside agencies in a variety of cross disciplinary executions_ Maintain a comprehensive set of guidelines to ensure a unified and consistent approach across all brand expressions.
