Serves as the Battalion Schools & Training NCOIC for over 848 Soldiers assigned to a multi-functional logistics Special Troops Battalion (STB). • Selected by the (CASCOM) Training Directorate to help improve, and develop 92A MOS training at all skill levels. Input will greatly impact, and influence training in initial entry, reclassification, advance leader and senior leader courses. • Manage and process all military service schools packets within the BN.• Manage and resource all local and remote career enhancing courses.• Manage all mandatory annual and quarterly Army training.• Schedule, coordinate, and attend BN Training meetings and, quarterly training briefs with BN Commander, BN CSM, BN S3 OIC, BN NCOIC, and unit command team.• Schedule and coordinate Defense Travel System (DTS) training.• Coordinate and facilitate BN Army Physical Fitness Test and Height & Weights.• Conduct BN level Operational Inspection Program (OIP) in preparation for XVIII Airborne Corps inspections.• Establish and maintain positive working relationship with Brigade S3, Installation Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS) Manager, and other civilian agencies.

Served as a Watercraft Field Maintenance Company Platoon Sergeant. Directly responsible for the accountability, training, morale, medical readiness, health & welfare, personnel assignment and professional development for 41 Soldiers serving in 29 different MOSs. • Selected over his peers to hold the First Sergeant position for 90 days, held position admirably and provided continuity.• Served as senior advisor to the Company Commander on all administrative issues for 171 Soldiers.• Assisted Company Commander with managing the operation of seven maintenance repair shops, two Landing Craft Mechanized (LCM) vessels, a containerized maintenance facility and organizational equipment valued in excess of $30 million and 100% accountability of all equipment.• Enforced military laws, regulations, and organizational policies. • Orchestrated over 290 missions, taskings, and details.• Supervised an impeccable command maintenance program; resulted in the unit maintaining a 90% operational readiness rate. • Managed administrative operations for equipment/tool calibration, scheduled services/maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and repairs, equipment dispatches on over 500 pieces of equipment, generators, vehicles, and weapons valued at over $30 million. • Inspired growth and excellence which led to 26 NCOES school graduations.• Emphasis on safety utilizing Composite Risk Management; resulted in no DUIs and zero accidents throughout countless training events, convoy operations and a Battalion Field Training Exercise.• implemented a comprehensive plan of attack to complete mandatory Department of the Army training requirements; resulting in 100% completion.• Improved training efficiency by 40%; Implemented appropriate changes in accordance with current Army Regulations, Field Manuals, Training Circulars, safety guidelines. • Conducted weekly meetings related to the enhancement of the unit morale, evaluations, award procedures, maintenance program and readiness.
