With almost twenty years of experience in the energy industry, I manage high-performing teams responsible for delivering essential activities that facilitate net zero, government climate change targets through Connections Reform. I have a strong background in contract management and leadership roles in the Connections area, having previously managed a national team of contract managers and delivered connection agreements for a large and varied portfolio of customers at transmission level.Through my time at the NESO I was heavily involved with Connections Reform and ensuring future processes, systems and data are fit for purpose. I am part of several ENA SCG groups reporting to the Connections Delivery Board (CDB) and the Connections Performance Advisory Group (CPAG). I'm passionate about Digital First, process automation and data transparency. During my time at NESO I managed the delivery of the first NESO Connections Portal. In parallel to this I worked closely with Ofgem to establish an industry wide data sharing methodology, providing much needed data transparency to government and other industry bodies.My additional skills include customer relationship management, digital product management and delivery, agile methodologies, advanced data analytics and visualisation, process improvement, change management, electricity connections and reporting. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from University of Worcester.
