I’ve been fortunate to build a career around helping employers navigate the complexities of workplace issues. With over 25 years of experience as a litigator and employment lawyer, I’ve earned the trust of clients by providing expert advice on a wide range of employment matters. Whether it’s advising on everyday issues or defending employers in employment disputes, I draw on my deep experience to help my clients resolve their challenges effectively.I work closely with employers, offering advice on nearly every type of employment issue. I also regularly assist private schools and colleges, helping them stay compliant and avoid legal pitfalls. One area I’m particularly passionate about is representing companies in responding to allegations raised by whistleblowers, and I’ve made it a focus of my practice. I co-chair our Firm's Workplace Investigations practice and have extensive experience leading complex investigations. I’ve also had the opportunity to testify before the U.S. Senate on how to create effective compliance programs, and I helped draft a thought leadership piece on the subject.
