With over 12 years of experience in customer service and relocation management, my career began as an hourly mover and progressed to a General Manager role at District Relocators, overseeing major projects including government relocations. In 2021, driven by a vision to enhance resident relations and services, I co-founded ECM.At ECM, we specialize in three core areas: relocation management, resident services, and tenant organization.
