Led Headquarters Air Force directed training record transition; created 80 new accounts and trained section supervisors on transcribing training tasks; best rated audit of eight Air Force Material Command bases. Transitioned workforce into new MyLearning platform for Total Force Awareness Training (TFAT) annual and continuing education requirements. Instructed 120-hour course on principles of training management, development, evaluation, and administration. Monitored security policies and procedures necessary to safeguard information for the squadron to include Operational Security (OPSEC), Personnel Security (PERSEC), and Industrial Security (INDSEC). Developed and implemented annual security awareness training plan to accommodate wing objectives. Utilized Defense Information System for Security to identify security issues and verify personnel eligibility access to include submission of visit access requests. Employed PERSEC tracking system; conducted 35 security clearance periodic reinvestigations, 325 security access verifications, and 175 base contractor access requests; cut processing time by 50 percent.
