Duties include, but are not limited to the following at both the MSG arena and Hulu Theater• Conducting quarterly physical security assessments of the Arena;• Developing and maintaining the MSG Security Operations Center SOP;• Generating the guest incident reports from all events for committee review;• Overseeing all surveillance and investigations;• Overseeing the operation and maintenance of the surveillance cameras and systems (Genetec);• Maintaining the Building Security section of the 24/7 Venue Management System;• Developing and implementing an expanded Operations Center;• Providing operation oversight and support to MSG off-site venues (Radio City Music Hall, Beacon Theatre, Chicago Theatre, Las Vegas Sphere, Burbank Studios, MSG Training Facility);• Coordinating and working in conjunction with NYPD, FDNY, Amtrak PD, FBI, USSS on any event or investigation that requires it;• Confirming and approving all payroll sheets and any overtime incurred;• Generating the weekly Building Security schedule and maintaining the accuracy of the daily roll calls;
