As Director of IT Operations at Salisbury Management I was responsible for all aspects of IT Operations. These functions included Internet Connectivity, Network Architecture and Maintenance, User Administration, Help Desk Supervision, Server Administration and Maintenance, Database Server Administration, and Enterprise Data Reporting. I lead a team of 9 IT Professionals responsible for supporting 1600+ employees at 150+ locations. During my tenure I not only lead, but was hands-on in several major projects including, upgrading the wireless network to Ubiquiti UniFi, Implementation of Microsoft Office 365, and Migration of email from on-premise to hosted.

Responsible for leading a team of database administrators providing both operational and development support for a multi-site 24x7 business.

Established an internal IT presence to reduce the dependence on external IT services allowing the business to evaluate new inventory control and billing systems.
