As a member of the IRS WINOS team reasonable for migrating all Windows based server to the next OS. My responsibilities included:• Work with the IRS integrated team to support the Windows Server Migration project that included identifying servers to be migrated, application review, and planning• Research technologies related to server migration and developed technology planning. • Worked with IRS application owners in Mitigating any roadblocks to a successful server migration.• Managed 40 project migrations simultaneously, each with a different timeline.• Scheduled weekly meetings with application owners to assess their progress.• Retirement Team Lead: To help facilitate the retirement of Windows server 2008-2013, the Retirement Team would identify and contact the project POC to assist in the retirement of the servers within a project timeline.• Wrote the step-by-step retirement procedure document to simplify the server retirement process for the TPOC’s.• The step-by-step retirement procedure document was later used as an IRS standard for retirement of their servers.• WTA Server retirement team: Follow client mandated procedures for the retirement of windows servers.• WTA server acceptance: Follow client mandated procedures for the acceptance of windows servers into WTA.• Tasked to create an automated process to reduce the time it took to retire server within the IRS.

After approval I worked with the vender on the installation of the product.ManageEngine: After using the process above I was able to recommend a product that helped reduce helpdesk calls for password resets by 70%.
