My role includes:• Developed and implemented inbound marketing strategy to generate new client leads; increased client applications 3X since July 2015• Created and deployed targeted content strategy, driven by customer persona profiles, for CEI blog, landing pages, press releases, email and social media• Managed the creation of all inbound content, page development and graphics for the CEI website (Drupal)• Provided pro bono mentorship and paid marketing services – including content strategy and development, design and video production - to CEI clients and community partners based on specific business goals• Built, managed and promoted the CEI brand and its messaging through press releases, visual and print design, video production, online and social presence, and student incubation program branding• Cultivated and maintained relationships with local and national media outlets for the purpose of disseminating CEI successes• Wrote detailed grant funding proposals, which highlighted CEI clients and program successes, delineated new initiatives, and detailed measurable program results• Presented on an international stage at several entrepreneurship conferences as well as at local and regional economic development seminars, and stakeholder events

I also planned, promoted, and executed multiple recruitment and general college events including the bi-annual Career Exploration Day for 400-500 high school students.In addition, I developed the commencement address for Maricopa Community College’s governing board member during GateWay’s graduation in 2011. I also prepared detailed monthly and annual media reports for distribution to internal stakeholders, and administered a year-end spending budget of $800,000.
