• Working under Microsoft’s DPE—Developer & Platform Evangelism—group, my main job is managing the IT Pro Momentum program (an early adopter program which tracks its member’s use of Microsoft products through user.
• Communicating directly with customers, I act as the global user support—to approximately 200 active users—for all questions and comments regarding the IT Pro Momentum program and web-portal.
• Managing the Momentum customer database through SharePoint, I regulate that it is up-to-date—so to develop a variety of weekly and monthly reports in Excel based around user activity and user projects.
• I also use, and help manage, an internally developed tool to track events and attendee evaluations for the IT Professional workshops.

• Worked on the highly successful CARE team within Microsoft’s TAGM—Technical Audience Global Marketing—group
• Built global resource e-mails for Microsoft’s TechNet (IT Professionals) and MSDN (Developers) products using custom internal tools and the latest e-mail marketing programs (PENS, ExactTarget)
• Self-managed e-mail creation workload to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Continually completed e-mail work on time or earlier than the deadline
• Played an integral role in successfully implementing ExactTarget, a whole new e-mail marketing program, into CARE’s setup process
• Responsible for total accuracy of e-mail content

• Developed case studies on companies who successfully implemented and integrated new and creative marketing strategies through social media, new media or traditional media
• Contributed my own ideas and leads in weekly team meetings to help develop research strategies for the coming week
• Researched and wrote a piece on the Seattle Sounders FC who successfully generated a rave following through creative social media and guerilla marketing strategies
• Self-managed work and time to deliver results by deadline
