- Guides and directs the Strategic Planning efforts of the organization as well as the alignment of the plannings of each direction with the mission and vision of the organization.- Leads the efforts of the board of directors as well as ensures proper management of the assets of the organization, seeking to maximize efficiency and efficacy over their use and the compliance to the organization's goals- Develops and maintains strategic alliances as well as the relationship with allies and organization, partaking in the determination of the needs of the organization, the advantages of collaborative work with the foundation and its inclusion in the framework of the agreements reached.

- Manage, lead and supervise the entire operational planning process of the Ambassadors Program, in order to ensure the achievement of the impact planned by the organization.- Lead the team of project coordinators, aligning the vision of the organization with its activities, generating interconnections between these and the other areas of the organization and dictating frameworks for the execution of their functions- Ensure the relationship of the Foundation with allies aiming to bolster joint efforts and maintain community outreach

- Ensure the transformation of the planned contents within the curricular mesh designed in the Directorate of Methodology, Impact and Academics into materials with greater pedagogical impact, to ensure the appropriate impact in the training process within the Community Ambassadors Foundation.- Coordinate education and training activities for the beneficiaries and the team of volunteers of the Community Ambassadors Foundation in conjunction with the Director of Methodology, Impact and Academics, ensuring the existence of appropriate content for the training of members and their follow-up under the canons of the Foundation's mission.- Monitor the effect of the content taught in the Ambassadors Program projects, as well as the training and correct application of the same by the facilitators in charge at the time of delivery, to consolidate an optimal teaching process at the Foundation.Achievements:- Compilation and standardization of the programmatic contents of the foundation's programs- 3 workshops are held for facilitators of both programs- Evaluation and periodic monitoring of the development of soft skills of the participants

Verify and supervise the fulfillment of the general activities to be carried out by the Facilitators under their charge, and advise them during their achievement, for the correct performance of the empowerment of young people in situations of exclusion as leaders in their community.Manage and maintain relationships with institutional partners and schools in which the relevant programs are developed, ensuring continuous and transparent communication with them.Coordinate hand in hand with the Project Coordinators, the logistics of events or simulations of the foundation related to your project, in order to be able to execute them optimally.Achievements:- Reduction in the desertion rate by 15% compared to previous years- 41 Recognitions in various debate competitions- The relationship between the organization, the school, and the community is consolidated

Plan and teach lessons focused on the concepts of English grammar and essay writing.Expose students to a selection of literary and non-literary texts.

- Recruit students who are part of the delegation and provide training in regards to leadership, negotiation, history, economics, law, and geopolitics.- Carry out a Model United Nations focused on solving various problems, both historical and current, adjusted to the reality of each State.- Evaluate the participation of delegates in Model United Nations in which they participate as delegates throughout the school year.

- Sensitize students on the role of language in relation to other areas of knowledge providing them with a basis for further study, work, and leisure through the use of an additional language.- Develop students awareness of the relationship between languages and cultures with which they are familiar as well as their intercultural understanding, encouraging through the study of texts and through social interaction, an awareness, and appreciation of the different perspectives of people from other cultures.- Provide the opportunity for enjoyment, creativity, and intellectual stimulation through knowledge of an additional language enabling students to understand and use the language they have studied in a range of contexts and for a variety of purposes.
