Supervises Intake Specialist staff as assigned. Oversees quality of staff performance, provides regular supervision, and conducts employee evaluations as required.Monitors and evaluates staff performance, provides on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to increase staff competencies.Attends regular management team meetings and works with management team to identify and problem solve intake operations needs.Monitors adherence to policies and procedures, regulations, and accreditation standards. Regularly reports findings to the leadership team.Manages and participates in the day-to-day operation of the intake services.Participates in the supervisory on-call and emergency response rotations. Maintains, records, and responds to communication with program staff, and provides guidance and support as necessary during on-call rotation.Facilitates the completion of each application, works with clinical and medical staff to determine appropriateness for the program, coordinates applicant interviews by telephone, video, or in person, obtains confidential information from referral sources, and makes final recommendation to Admissions Team for acceptance. Collaborates with the Clinical and Case Management team using the Twelve Core functions (screening; intake; orientation; assessment; treatment planning; counseling; case management; crisis intervention; client education; referral; reports and records keeping; and consultation) in working with the clients
