Software Defined Storage is a growth area and with massive new possibilities including the opportunity to drive underlying infrastructure sales. My primary customers were IBM Channel partners aligned to Avnet and those wishing to become IBM BPs. Initial on-boarding, education and enablement activities are followed up with further support to reach Enterprise levels of certification and transaction capability. Through all partner levels assistance with development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies is key. This support continued through the lead development and solution design phases until such time as the partners are autonomous.
