I have been both a Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer for over 19 years. In 2004 I received my standing as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. My wife Kara and I are the proud owners of Fitness Together-Point Loma and Rancho Bernardo.We strive every day to be the Best of the Best in one on one personal training in San Diego.
