• Prepare and analyze various monthly sales reports for the Quebec and Canadian automotive markets;• Assist Quebec dealerships in resolving routine operational sales problems with the Canadian and American head offices; • Prepare territory sales meetings for Ford/Lincoln dealerships in Quebec;• Coordinate vehicles taken back by the manufacturer when a dealer closure/termination occurs;• Ensure quality service is given at all times to Ford/Lincoln dealerships.

• Supervise credit and wholesale operations for more than 125 automotive dealerships (private labels: Kia, Subaru, Volvo, Jaguar, Mazda, Hyundai, Suzuki & Land Rover) of Ontario, Quebec and Maritimes (loans totaling over 575$ million CAN);• Ensure portfolio quality and profitability through the management and monitoring of credit files and reports;• Evaluate the credit risk associated with the actual and future financial exposures of the company and present recommendation to the management;• Negotiate the terms and conditions of the proposed financing with the borrowers;• Represent the Company for legal matters;• Control of operations: ensure quality of dealer credit files prepared by six analysts, ensure adherence to policies and procedures;• Maintain dealer relations in critical situations;• Responsible for dealer satisfaction index;• Supervise departmental employees and complete performance reviews. Ensure the continuity of efficient operations by attracting, retaining, motivating and developing employees;• Responsible for internal audit rating.

• Oversee credit and wholesale operations of all dealers within Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes (private labels: Kia, Subaru, Volvo, Jaguar, Mazda, Hyundai & Suzuki);• Analyze dealer financial statements, operating reports, trend and review records in order to determine credit worthiness of operations;• Review and recommend wholesale credit lines and program parameters for each dealer;• Complete working capital audits and bank reconciliations for new wholesale dealers;• Periodically audit dealerships' inventory in accordance with wholesale parameters of Primus / Ford Credit;• Responsible for the administration of all loans, including mortgages, working capital and equipment loans;• Execute corrective actions if wholesale parameters are breached;• Promote Primus / Ford Credit's financial plans and procedures to franchised dealerships of all makes.

• Receive calls from customers and resolve problems promptly (late payments, contract extensions, repossess vehicles, lease transfer);• Collect delinquent accounts within the Canadian market;• Transfer vehicle ownerships in each Canadian province;• Apply Primus / Ford Credit's prescribed corrective actions in a breach of contract situation – retail and lease contracts;• Write legal documents and supervise repossess operations with the legal departments.
