As part of my role as a Non-Executive Board Director for Thought Machine, i help guide the company through its transition and the next phase of growth. Key responsibilities include advising on long-term strategic development, client success strategy, future product roadmap, partner network and ecosystem success, risk management, people and culture health, and enhancing performance.

In my role, I develop and implement Google Cloud’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and lead the day to day operations of our business. Partnering closely with our President of Google Cloud GTM, I’m responsible for driving the organization’s vision for change and ensuring we meet our ambitious growth objectives. I lead a team of hundreds of employees who are passionate about accelerating our customers’ ability to digitally transform their business and industry. We do this by setting a solid business strategy in sales, operations, product development, business development and marketing.

Leader of Google Cloud’s Global Strategy & Operations team with an emphasis on driving go-to-market strategy as well as enhancing and scaling business operations, including enterprise grade systems, business rhythm and processes in service to the Sales team.

Responsible for Google Cloud EMEA go-to-market business operations to serve customers, partners and internal teams and drive sales and operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this role, I apply expertise to deliver growth, create shareholder value, and inspire high-performing teams. I am laser focused on designing and implementing business strategies to help Google Cloud deliver the greatest possible value and best possible experiences to its customers and partners.

During this time, I transformed the Global Strategic Segments business (SAP’s Strategic Clients and Private Equity Firms), with a strong focus on strategy, sales, marketing and operations.

During my time in this role, I defined a new strategy for the organization, GTM engagement model and sales motion in the region. With a strong focus on customer value creation and co-innovation, I helped grow SAP wallet share by developing the business.

Responsible for product and sales strategy, field and inside sales, field and corporate marketing, presales, and sales program teams; and advising the EVP and CEO of key strategic and tactical recommendations on critical issues.

Established the Financial Services Group as Oracle's #1 vertical business segment in North America by leading a successful enterprise turnaround with delivered strategic solutions to Fortune 1000 banks, capital markets institutions, and insurance and healthcare providers. Chaired Oracle’s North American Financial Services Board, focused on Financial Services strategy, direction, road map validation and customer co-innovation activities.

Achieved #1 market share and expanded the company’s reach into 15 new vertical markets, with improved performance in sales, presales, consulting, marketing, inside sales, and business development.

Positioned CrossLogix as a leading solution in the security management space with the development of go-to-market strategy. Established a strong market presence for the company, resulting in revenue growth, market penetration, and expansion.

Led the largest organizational turnaround in the company’s history to become the #1 division in North America, with the delivery of integrated, multi-channel, strategic solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Implemented best-in-class people, processes, and tools and significantly increased revenue.

Propelled the Northeastern regional sales team to #1 in the nation by reaching the top sales performance in IT research sales and delivery to Fortune 500 companies.
