    Resourcing Manager for all resource needs across the UK, Europe and AsiaPac. My role is split between recruitment and account management. Reporting directly to the Associate VP of HCI’s International Division, my responsibilities are as follows –- Point person for all UK and international (outside of US) recruitment.- Making recruitment calls, sending email approaches and private messages, personally head-hunting top health informatics talent for our open requirements.- Lead the weekly Operations call - providing weekly recruitment updates, progress reports and any relevant International related business updates/discussions. - Screening candidates via telephone/video calls, but also in person when possible. - Primary point of contact for UK and Intentional consultants - talent management duties consist of monthly check-ins, resolving consultant queries and supporting new starters with onboarding. - Supporting the Director of Operations with creation of customer commercials and deputising in their absence for all European related business queries.- Placing job adverts online- Responding to RFP’s and tenders. Account management duties: - Manage customer accounts assigned to me - obtaining new resourcing requirements and managing the entire process from personally sourcing and screening the candidates, to submitting candidates to the clients and through to interview, offer stage and beyond.- Enquiring with customers about any new requirements or projects we can support them with in order to obtain further business.- Quality control of all CV’s before submittal to client, including final review and decision on what gets sent to my clients.- Obtaining consultant extensions when contacts are up for review. - Authoring and sending customer contracts for signature, sending quotations for prospective work and pricing individual resources or work packages.- Providing fixed price quotes to clients relating to the provision of resources.
