Directed a project which, obtained, and deployed a mobile data system for patrol units, streamlining data connectivity in the field, allowing for increased safety and efficiency of patrol staff.• Evaluated and consulted for procurement and execution of a three county-area public safety communications system. Guided operations and governance by serving on the technical and executive committees.• Directed the application for and administration of grant funds to meet jurisdictional goals and responsibilities. Positioned the sheriff's office to be an advocate for force protection and asset protection of critical infrastructure key resources.
