I was responsible for planning, analysing and designing technical solutions across master data and reference data systems, platforms and processes. This includes strategy definition for end-to-end solutions and alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

As the IT Technical Lead and Master Data SME I played a key role in identifying, delivering and sustaining global master data capabilities within our multi-domain environment. My role comprised of both technical project execution leadership across our IT data program portfolio, but also ownership of our cloud based MDM capability (Reltio) for our global.

My focus was on defining the required support models and processes for our implementation of a new meetings management, contract to pay and transparency reporting solution based on the Salesforce.com platform.
