Responsibilities include:Ask for and attain customer account information for purposes of locating their account and verifying them for security. Assist subscribers step by step in troubleshooting provided equipment to resolve issues with Internet service (No Internet, Slow Speeds, Disconnects, Etc.); TV service (No signal, missing channels, Etc.); and phone service (No Dial Tone, unable to receive calls, Etc.)Use web based tools to receive and make calls to customers. Use web based tools to locate customer accounts and make, enter, and read tickets documenting interactions and troubleshooting steps completed with customers to escalate to respective ISP members Use web based tools to interact with equipment performing actions such as rebooting, running performance tests, polling data and changing settings as a part of troubleshooting. Answer and direct customer inquiries regarding services (Billing, Technical questions, Etc.) or existing trouble tickets.Advise and inform customers of widespread issues or outages affecting service.Communicate with other techs and supervisors regarding current call status and previous tickets/issues
