I started my career as a Technical Solutions Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where I provided production and development support, monitored and maintained enterprise standard systems, and presented data and conclusions to the team using dashboards and reports. I also completed a technical internship at the same company, where I collected and analyzed data from storage products to identify and resolve defects. I have a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from CGC College of Engineering, Landran, where I learned the fundamentals of programming, algorithms, databases, and software engineering. I also have two additional certifications in SNIA SCSP and ITIL Foundation Level, which demonstrate my knowledge and skills in storage networking and IT service management. I am passionate about learning new technologies and tools, solving complex problems, and delivering value to customers.
