As a C-Suite partner, I have over 30 years of experience in the public sector, NHS, and education, where I have led and facilitated culture change, TUPE Programme Management, pre-post merger in M&A’s, restructuring, leadership development as coach and mentor, diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives. I am passionate about empowering and mentoring young diverse leaders, as well as in the throws of setting up a social enterprise to tackle knife crime in the capital ugh creative workshops and programmes, as well as creating accessible and inclusive opportunities for all.
