Events hosted included sold out performances by Bill Gaither (twice), Elton John, LeAnn Rimes, Aerosmith, World Championship Wrestling, Champions on Ice, and the Harper and Morgan Rodeo, plus the Coliseum’s.

Responsible for all day to day operations of an 11,200 seat arena plus maintenance and upkeep of the university's in-house ticketing system. Duties included coordination of approximately seventy major events per year including football and basketball games, concerts, special events, and Commencement, along with supervision and training of nearly 200.

Responsible for all aspects of customer service at the 14,000 seat venue, site of the sold-out Canoe/Kayak Slalom events of the 1996 Olympic Games.
