Developed the reporting cycle and monitoring dashboard for the CoCs plan to reduce homelessness by 50%. Was the lead in coordinating the 2022 Biennial Point in Time Count (PIT) for Monterey and San Benito Counties. This included leading trainings on the importance of the PIT count, assigning and monitoring the deployment of volunteers, created volunteer forms, coordinated sub-committees, maintained communication with stakeholders and worked directly with outreach teams to build a more collaborative and intentional count. Created ArcGis survey tool for outreach workers to use to coordinate where they are finding encampments. Assist the CoC HMIS System Administrator in completing Federal and State reporting. This included completing the longitudinal systems analysis submission and data submissions to HDIS. Managed interns on several special research projects including Youth Homeless Demonstration Project baseline analysis and racial disparities analysis. Created a custom workflow in the CoCs HMIS that improved the reporting of crisis motel projects. This workflow allowed the community to better track where clients were staying even if multiple projects and sites were involved. The HMIS System Administrator has since implemented this workflow to many emergencies shelter and hotel projects in the CoC region.

Provided Program Oversight for Project Roomkey (In total Project Roomkey was a $4.2 Million contact with Monterey County). We served 179 clients and 93 were permanently housed. Coordinated the utilization of multiple funding streams to provide resources to Project Roomkey. Managed the final spend-down of the contract and created eligible expenses guide for onsite staff. Supported onsite staff by meeting with clients and staff to utilize Rapid rehousing funds. Participated in Governor Newsom’s 100-day Challenge. Created and implemented an incentive program and helped coordinate workshops onsite for our clients. Created a Shelter Bed Availability dashboard to show the daily availability of shelter beds for our community

Provided Program Oversight for Project Roomkey. This included daily meetings with onsite staff, created a security protocol, and created a method to track operations using excel online. Provided logistical support with transporting clients, purchasing supplies, and assisting with the standup of Project Homekey. Managed the budget and prepared the invoices for the contract.

Monterey, California Area

I am one of two Lead Coordinators for one of the research Labs at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies called the Mixed Methods Evaluation Training and Analysis (META) - Lab. I create awareness of the META - Lab and it's services to the student body through social media and partnerships with other staff and departments of the school. I create budgets and track them to ensure that our budgetary objectives are met. I oversee the active project teams and recruit new staff if necessary. I provide support to the students and faculty by providing training in various data analyst software and procedures such as R, SPSS, and Qualtrics.

In my role as an independent contractor for the Hebrew Union College (HUC) I used the raw data in Excel to create SPSS Data Files to conduct several hypothesis tests. The trends identified in the hypothesis tests provided the staff at the HUC a better understanding of how the various stakeholders (School directors, Clergy, Teachers, Parents, and Students) felt about Hebrew education.

As the Global Support Intern I supported CNFA's Director of Monitoring and Evaluation to configured a Monitoring Evaluation and Learning online data management platform: Synergy Indicata system. I reviewed the active projects results frameworks and cross checked them with USAID indicator requirements and entered the data that was collected from the field into the online platform. I also created report templates and wrote several user guides on how to enter project information, manage indicator data, and create reports in the CNFA MEL management platform to be used by the Programs team and M&E specialists to assist CNFA as they implement this software
