Manage and Execute Processes for timely, cost effective Procurement while working closely with Vendors and Clients.• Manage and Perform Day to Day Procurement operations and E2E Purchasing activities such as getting Quotation, negotiation, Execution of PR, PO and GR in SAP.• Coordinate with internal Business Partner (Client or Requester) and Supplier for PO changes• Establish Tight alignment with clients, vendors and regular interaction with client, stakeholders.• Query Management- Emails, PLM cases (Tickets), GR&IR Issues, Block Invoices, Unrelease orders,• Develop, Enhance and Support Procure to Pay (P2P), Source to Pay (S2P) Process.• Preparation of SOPs and relevant Documents for develop and Support P2P process.• Maintain and update Supplier Master data, POs data, Documents always up to date• Be Responsible for Continuous Process Improvements, Strict Attach to Activities, TAT (Turn Around Time) Calculation, Accuracy, KPIs., Quality Check weekly work.

Involve in Global Purchasing, Sourcing and Contract Execution, IT Hardware, Software Accessories, Powe plant Equipment, turbine, Electric & Mechanical Equipment etc. CAPEX, OPEX & MARKETTING.• Execute standard, specialize and complex activities within Procurement such as Negotiations, PO Creation, Expedite activity, Material discrepancy resolution, GR / IR Resolution, Block Invoices.• Develop and Implement Purchasing and contract Management Instruction / Policies / Process Documents / Terms and Conditions.• Be Responsible for Sourcing of Vendor, Vendor Management, Vendor Creations, Vendor Onboarding, maintain good relation with vendor and make sure the Goods and Services be on Time Delivery, Analyze KPIs and Maintain vendor record.• Before Payment Analyze and make sure the 3-Way Match between PO, GR and Invoices.• Work with AC (Account) Team Ensure the supplier Payments are made as per agreed terms.• Ensure That SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) accurately Update as in when their Process changes.• Validating Sourcing and Purchasing Request.• Maintain Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Repots.• Interaction with client set meetings and discuss purchasing strategies.• Maintain Relation with client, Exchanges Budgets, Set Internal order, Cost centre, Discuss PO values, Threshold level, Cancelation of unwanted POs and executions of Budget for particular order.• Maintain Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC.)
