During my research on Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML), I collaborated with esteemed PhD scholars, conducting extensive investigations into this complex disease. I proficiently performed SDS PAGE and Immunoblotting techniques while learning to handle various instruments and machines.With comprehensive training in laboratory protocols and adherence to SOPs, I performed critical observations of immunofluorescence and cell culture work, including revival, passaging, cryopreservation, and counting. I actively contributed to experiments by preparing necessary buffers and reagents, maintaining compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).My time in the lab enhanced my technical skills and cultivated presentation, organization, and time-management abilities, improving overall efficiency. I recognized the importance of meticulous documentation for data integrity. Embracing professionalism, I learned valuable lessons on effective collaboration and conduct from experienced superiors.Lastly, I gained insights into flow cytometry and mass spectrometry facilities, broadening my understanding of advanced analytical techniques in biomedical research.

I conducted observations of pathological samples to aid in diagnoses. I also demonstrated interest in observing quality control procedures for laboratory machines, ensuring that they operated at their best and produced reliable results.
