I lead the Asset Management team and provide operational management of Crown owned assets such as Te Pae Christchurch.

Ōtākaro Limited is delivering Crown-led Anchor Projects in Central Christchurch and divesting the balance of Crown land. The role was to assist with the final construction phase of the Christchurch Bus Interchange project and manage the operational start up of this facility as well as ongoing management as CERA was the asset owner. Have had full operational and financial management of the facility and acted as the owners representative for all aspects.

Primary role was to manage the office accommodation projects for CERA as the organisation transitioned through various phases which had changing demands for office space. Establishing new office locations as well as management of existing office facilities were the primary focus along with management of a vehicle fleet.
