We are a 14 year old retail seafood business bringing "radically fresh seafood", fresh water fish, spices and cooking knowledge to the Piedmont Triad area. Our goal is to support our local fishing industry and to support the local/sustainable model for our incredibly fresh fish, shrimp, oysters and other crustaceans. We go to the central NC coast every week and provide 4 star restaurant products to our customers. A recently acquired HACCP certification puts us in a league of our own.

Provided technical solutions for plastics packaging dispensing/converting systems for automated and non-automated packaging lines in the furniture, packaging distribution, mass marketing and electronics industries. Covered 4 states and managed a remote office including: customer service, scheduling, procurement, equipment testing, marketing communications and vendor meetings. Managed 102 accounts, 160 field systems; participated in the development of a new “air pillow” product line. Sales/marketing support ($28M US) including joint sales calls, plant assessment, technical presentations and Q&A forums.• Compiled and analyzed field service data and parts usage information which resulted in stream-lining the parts program, developing a central locus of control, vetting our vendors and demanding nationwide price discounting from suppliers.• Salvaged $6M in flexible packaging business by providing custom installation and upgraded equipment exchanges.• Conducted safety analysis at one manufacturer and identified various OSHA violations which resulted new safety practices averting potential injury, lost time and OSHA fines for noncompliance.

Installed and serviced PLC based paint custom color systems (Miller Paint equipment) in Sears and United Airline locations covering 22 states primarily in the eastern US; provided requisite training to equipment operators, supervisory personnel and maintenance departments; assisted with telephone based customer service.Laboratory responsibilities included: operating gloss spectrometers, Coulter particle counters and a variety of optical meters and scales.1.
