I am a seasoned professional with a passion for driving innovation and security in the ever-evolving world of technology. Currently, I hold the position of Regional Sales and Business Development for Cyber Defense Solutions at Thales Middle East, where I play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cybersecurity in the region.I embarked on my journey with Thales in 2019, and since then, I have been an integral part of the dynamic cyber team in the Middle East. Based in the vibrant city of Dubai, I am strategically positioned at the crossroads of innovation and security, contributing to the growth and success of Thales in the region.In my current role at Thales, I am responsible for managing both Sales and Business Development for Thales' cutting-edge cyber portfolio in the Middle East. With a focus on safeguarding critical infrastructure and data, my team and I work diligently to provide state-of-the-art solutions that defend against cyber threats and vulnerabilities. Our mission is to empower organizations to navigate the digital landscape with confidence and resilience.In addition, I am proud to be the co-founder of the CISO Executive Program, a key initiative within the Cybernode project, a unique collaboration between Thales and the Dubai Electronic and Security Center (DESC). The primary aim of this program is to enhance the knowledge and expertise of Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and cybersecurity executives across Dubai and the UAE as a whole.The CISO Executive Program is a testament to our commitment to cybersecurity education and empowerment. We strive to equip executives working in both private and public sectors with the tools, insights, and strategies they need to navigate the complex and ever-changing cybersecurity landscape. By fostering a community of cyber thought leaders, we are collectively strengthening the cybersecurity posture of Dubai and the entire UAE.Prior to my role at Thales and my involvement in the CISO Executive Program, I honed my skills and expertise in the commercial and supply chain domain within a multinational Oil and Gas company. During my tenure, I had the opportunity to wear multiple hats, including that of a Delivery Manager for telecom, instrumentation, and electrical packages for Oil and Gas projects. This experience not only deepened my understanding of critical infrastructure but also reinforced my commitment to ensuring its protection from cyber threats.
