Manage and lead the Accounts-Payable platform. With 6 teams of full stack developers, working together with manual and automation QA, we are building the main user facing application in the company. We focus on delivering a fast, user-friendly, and customizable partner experience. The AP eng group is responsible for the end to end integration with Melio's partners, including different models of partnerships like embedded experience, standalone and API based. The application is also used by melio's own direct users.As owners of the Accounts-Payable domain at Melio, the engineers in the group also build and maintain APIs for internal use by other Melio engineering groups.

The application enables users to pay their vendors in an easy and straight forward way. As a platform, it supports a rich configuration that enables Melio's partners to customize the experience for their users. Since we are at the center of our product, the group leads and participates in major engineering efforts and many integrations with the other engineering groups in the company.My main goals are to create a strong engineering culture that results in high quality, help every engineer in the group grow in skill and knowledge and continuously improve the development process.

I lead the team that develops the main app of the company - Melio Pay. The application enables users to pay their vendors in an easy and straight forward way. The team develops the backend and front end of the app - both written in TypeScript.Since we are responsible for the main application - we lead multiple integrations with other groups and teams in the company, with focus on excellent APIs and high attention to cross-teams communication.

My team developed the core business logic of the company's product. Focused on backend systems, in both python and TypeScript (node). The team was responsible for the infrastructure of the product, as well as the logic that runs on the ML networks output.I was responsible for features that include both new infrastructure, and algorithmic challenges. I introduced CI/CD practices to the python team, like setting up build frameworks, testing methods, E2E and deployment processes. I Initiated the transition from JS to TS in the cloud backend.Created A pipeline for data generation (by ML networks) that optimizes system resources utilization. Tool for operations to calibrate the stores 3d space.

Front end team leader and architect. I created the front end for our main business web app from scratch, including infrastructure, build and deployment processes. I defined and implemented coding standards and testing approach, with unit, integration and E2E tests. The app was written in a mobile-first approach, using React and Typescript, with Redux as state management.

Working on Wix website editor client side, where I was a team leader. I'm now responsible of achieving a consistent and coherent architecture for the editor application, with a focus on performance - frame rate and loading times. This includes taking decisions about implementing new needs and requirements, which tools to use and how to make the architecture easy to understand and difficult to abuse. A considerable portion of the job is to help the developers in our group (around 40) to better understand our tools like React, Redux and similar, how to increase dev velocity, stability and maintainability of our application when they write code.

I led a team of developers in creating client products in Wix html editor. The editor application is a complex and challenging project, allowing users to create their own website with a simple wysiwyg experience. Together with other teams, we wrote the editor from scratch with React, and created APIs for other groups at Wix to use in order to extend our application. My team dealt with deep architecture problems as well as performance issues. We improved complexity for core algorithms, and introduced a new way to connect our data model and our rendering cycle.
