My primary interests are in the construction management field. Previously, I was employed for 10 years as a residential construction superintendent with Arnco Construction Inc. During that time I built approx. 200 homes in the Orlando Metro. area. When the residential sector collapsed, I built 3 commercial projects. These are labeled as industrial condominiums. 1 building is approx. 20,000 sq. ft., while the other two were each 10,000 sq. ft. clones. We completed these projects in 6 months. Upon relocating to Salt Lake City in Nov. of 2012, I immediately became involved in the construction of the Nordstrom's store in the City Creek project. I was quickly placed in a position as the superintendent's assistant. My duties were to basically check all aspects of the project construction. i.e. deck elevations, re-bar, cut-outs, elevator shaft locations, stairwell dimensions, sidewalks and site work, storefront placement, display windows, etc... During the last 1 1/2 years, I have been employed with Guest Brothers Concrete. We've been working on a government project in the valley.
