- Working with a Tier-1 US Bank, charged with the implementation of new Transaction Reporting obligations - Analysis of regulatory text across Japan (JFSA) and Hong Kong (HKMA) v current reporting submissions for derivatives products (credit, rates, equities and FX). - Review of existing systems logic and data lineage to legacy reporting systems, including but not limited to review of XML/FpML messages. - Review of message types (PET, ITD, EOD SNAPSHOT) v jurisdictional requirements - Analysis of existing problem statements from previous audit reviews as well as user-defined issues. - Development of timelines and prioritisation of deliverables over the course of the project, giving regular updates to key stakeholders on progress (and escalating as required). - Creation of procedures and process improvements to optimise ongoing and future client projects. - Working as the SME and point person for the project, managing relationships with relevant stakeholders as well as external vendors (e.g. DTCC) - Creation of Solution JIRA’s to highlight problem statement, impact, testing criteria, solution and relevant testing criteria and acceptance. - Obtaining relevant approvals from product owners and compliance; cross-jurisdictional where needed (i.e. CFTC).

- Managing multiple teams (8 FTE) across both instrument and asset pricing operation supporting equities and fixed income products globally. - Responsible for capture and validation of security prices (from vendors including Bloomberg, Reuters, Markit, LSE and Euroclear) used to calculate and submit daily and monthly NAV’s, MTM and PnL in Geneva and Pyramid. - Daily coordination with stakeholders, including front office, fund accountants and accounting to ensure strict SLA’s are adhered to, whilst working to improve the level of support we provide. - Understanding stakeholder’s requirements with a view to implementing tactical and strategic solutions across our global teams to ensure consistency of service. - Supporting products such as CDS, CDO, Swaptions, Bank Loans, Mortgage Backers Securities, Bonds, Warrants, etc. - Department lead for internal mobility, helping and advising junior staff on alternative opportunities within JPM.
